Description

These Homemade Pizza Rolls are a delicious snack or appetizer featuring a flavorful combination of pizza sauce, gooey mozzarella cheese, and savory pepperoni all rolled up in pizza dough and baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

Pizza Rolls:

  • 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 10×14 inch rectangle.
  3. Add toppings: Spread pizza sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, oregano, and garlic powder over the dough.
