Ingredients
Frozen Pineapple Soft Serve:
- 4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients: Place the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Serve Immediately: For a soft-serve texture, scoop or pipe the mixture into bowls or cones and serve right away.
- Freeze for Firmer Texture: For a firmer consistency, transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours before serving.
