Ingredients
Marinade:

- 2 cups buttermilk

Seasoned Flour:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- ½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, mix buttermilk and hot sauce. Add chicken pieces, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the Oven: to 425°F. Place a wire rack over a baking sheet and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare the Flour Mixture: In a large bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, celery salt, salt, black pepper, white pepper, and baking powder.
- Dredge the Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade, dredge in seasoned flour, and press to coat. Repeat for extra crunch.
- Bake the Chicken: Arrange on wire rack, spray with cooking spray, bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and cooked through.
- Rest and Serve: Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
