Ingredients

Ground Beef Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 3/4 cup water

Assembly:

  • 6 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
  • 6 tostada shells
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce (warm)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • cooking spray or oil for skillet


Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
