Description

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional:
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, rice cereal, almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Prepare wet mixture: In another bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, maple syrup/honey, and vanilla.
  4. Combine ingredients: Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients, stirring until evenly coated.
  5. Bake: Spread mixture on baking sheet, bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Cool and enjoy: Let cereal cool on the sheet to harden. Add chocolate chips if desired. Store in an airtight container.
