Description

  • 2 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Line the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. Melt Ingredients: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and condensed milk until combined.
  3. Add Cocoa: Mix in cocoa powder and salt until smooth. Cook to 245°F.
  4. Finish: Remove from heat, add vanilla, pour into pan, and let cool. Slice into squares and wrap individually.
