Ingredients
Cookies:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup white chocolate chips

- 1/2 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare baking sheets: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

- Form and bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the baking sheets, top with Halloween sprinkles if desired, and bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool and serve: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
