Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pan to form the crust. Refrigerate.
  2. Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until creamy. Fold in whipped topping. Layer bananas over crust, top with cheesecake mixture, pineapple, strawberries, chocolate chips, and nuts. Chill for at least 4 hours. Garnish with cherries.

Notes

  • Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to prevent lumps.
  • Dessert can be made a day ahead and stored covered in the fridge.
  • Use gluten-free graham crackers for a gluten-free version.
