Description

This Healthy Pineapple Smoothie is a delicious and nutritious blend of frozen pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, coconut water, and optional spinach and chia seeds. Refreshing and satisfying, it’s perfect for a quick breakfast or a post-workout pick-me-up.


Ingredients

Smoothie:

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut water (or water)
  • ½ cup spinach (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice


Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to blender: Combine pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, coconut water, spinach, chia seeds, and lime juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust consistency: If too thick, add more coconut water to reach desired thickness.
  4. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, use coconut milk instead of coconut water.
  • Add ice cubes for a colder smoothie.
