Ingredients
Smoothie:
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ banana
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut water (or water)
- ½ cup spinach (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Add ingredients to blender: Combine pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, coconut water, spinach, chia seeds, and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Adjust consistency: If too thick, add more coconut water to reach desired thickness.
