Ingredients

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil or butter

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup almond flour or whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, mash bananas and mix in maple syrup, egg, vanilla, and melted oil.
