This healthy version of ice cream uses ripe frozen bananas blended with almond milk and almond butter to create a creamy, dairy-free, and vegan dessert that satisfies your sweet cravings without the guilt.

Instructions
- Prepare the bananas: Place the frozen banana slices in a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until the bananas become crumbly in texture.
- Add remaining ingredients: Add the almond milk, almond butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender with the crumbly bananas.
- Blend to creamy consistency: Blend the mixture again until smooth and creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Adjust sweetness: Taste the mixture and add 1–2 teaspoons of maple syrup or honey if you prefer a sweeter flavor. Blend briefly to combine.
- Serve or freeze: Serve immediately as a soft-serve ice cream or transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours if you desire a firmer, scoopable texture.
