Main Ingredients:
- 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound ground beef
Seasonings:
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Additional Ingredients:
- 6 slices cheddar or American cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them, creating a top and bottom slab. Place the bottom half in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Assemble Sliders: Spread the cooked beef over the bottom rolls. Layer cheese slices, then add diced pickles.
- Make Sauce: Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. Spread the sauce over the inside of the top rolls before placing them on top of the sliders.
- Bake: Brush the tops with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve: Slice and serve warm.
