- 1½ cups white chocolate chips

Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzels, candy corn, candy-coated chocolates, and marshmallows.
- Melt White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with the coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Coat Mix: Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the Chex mix and gently stir to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Set and Decorate: Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and top with Halloween sprinkles if desired. Let sit at room temperature until the white chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.
