Description

These Ground Turkey Tacos are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that the whole family will love. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, these tacos are packed with flavor and can be customized with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

Ground Turkey Mixture:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup water

For serving:

  • 8 small taco shells or tortillas
  • Desired toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream, and salsa

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ground Turkey Mixture: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic, then add ground turkey. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
