Description

These Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps are a delicious and easy-to-make meal perfect for busy weeknights. Flavorful seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and your favorite toppings all wrapped up in a warm tortilla – a family favorite!


Ingredients

Ground Beef Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup salsa or diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

Wraps & Toppings:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, lettuce, avocado, hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Sauté Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion until softened, then add garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  2. Cook Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in salsa until thickened.
  3. Assemble Wraps: Warm tortillas, spoon beef mixture onto each, top with cheese and desired toppings. Roll tightly.
