Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
-
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef and onions with uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
-
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
-
Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes.
-
Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
-
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
-
You can swap the cheddar cheese with mozzarella or a Mexican blend for a different flavor.

Add veggies like peas, corn, or diced bell peppers for extra nutrition.
