Description

Juicy and flavorful grilled turkey burgers made with lean ground turkey and simple seasonings, perfect for a healthy and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, mustard, ketchup


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates with olive oil.
  4. Grill the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden.
  6. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
