Ingredients
Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Wraps:
4 large flour tortillas or wraps
Filling:
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved, optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Prepare Shrimp: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and lightly charred.
- Warm Tortillas: Slightly warm the tortillas to make them more pliable.
- Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
- Assemble Wraps: Divide the dressed lettuce among the tortillas, top with grilled shrimp and cherry tomatoes if using, then roll up tightly like a burrito.
