Description

These Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a flavorful and satisfying meal option that combines succulent grilled shrimp with crisp romaine lettuce, tangy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese, all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. Perfect for a quick and delicious lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Shrimp:

1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Wraps:

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

Filling:

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved, optional)
lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare Shrimp: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and lightly charred.
  3. Warm Tortillas: Slightly warm the tortillas to make them more pliable.
  4. Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Assemble Wraps: Divide the dressed lettuce among the tortillas, top with grilled shrimp and cherry tomatoes if using, then roll up tightly like a burrito.
  6. Serve: Slice in half and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • You can substitute grilled chicken for the shrimp.
  • Use a lighter Caesar dressing for fewer calories.
  • Wraps can be made ahead and stored in the fridge, tightly wrapped in foil or parchment.
