Description
Juicy and flavorful grilled pork chops seasoned with a savory marinade, perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place pork chops in a large resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove pork chops from marinade and let excess drip off. Discard remaining marinade.
- Grill pork chops for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
- Bone-in pork chops tend to stay juicier than boneless.
- Letting the meat rest helps retain juices.
