Description

Juicy and flavorful grilled pork chops seasoned with a savory marinade, perfect for a quick and easy meal.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place pork chops in a large resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove pork chops from marinade and let excess drip off. Discard remaining marinade.
  5. Grill pork chops for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
  • Bone-in pork chops tend to stay juicier than boneless.
  • Letting the meat rest helps retain juices.
