Fresh Oysters:
12 oysters (scrubbed clean),
Garlic Parmesan Butter:
4 tbsp unsalted butter, 2 garlic cloves (minced), 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp black pepper, pinch of red pepper flakes (optional),

Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high.
- Prepare Garlic Parmesan Butter: Mix butter, garlic, Parmesan, parsley, lemon juice, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Shuck Oysters: Carefully shuck oysters, spoon butter mixture over each.
- Grill Oysters: Place oysters on the grill, shell side down, cook for 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve: Remove from grill and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For easy shucking, briefly freeze oysters before opening.
