Description

Tender grilled chicken bites seasoned with a flavorful blend of spices and served with a rich creamy garlic sauce. This dish is perfect for a quick and delicious meal that the whole family will love.


Ingredients

For the Grilled Chicken Bites:

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat, then cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Grill the Chicken: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken bites for 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely charred.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook for 30 seconds. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens, about 3–4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve: Serve grilled chicken bites drizzled with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
