These Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps are a fun twist on traditional cheeseburgers. They are easy to make and perfect for a quick weeknight meal.
Ingredients
Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Wraps:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or pickles (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
- cooking spray or oil for grilling
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, then add seasonings, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer to combine flavors.
- Assemble the Wraps: Divide beef mixture among tortillas, top with cheese and optional toppings. Roll tightly.
- Grill the Wraps: Heat a pan, cook wraps seam-side down until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with dipping sauces.
