- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup tortilla chips (crushed slightly)
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter (for grilling)

- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Prepare the Burritos: Warm tortillas slightly to make them more pliable. Layer rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, shredded cheeses, and crushed tortilla chips in the center of a tortilla. Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Grill the Burritos: Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a bit of butter. Place burritos seam side down and grill for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve: Serve hot, with extra sour cream or salsa on the side if desired.
