Wet Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Add dry ingredients: Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking soda. Gently fold until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
