Description

Indulge in these rich and moist Greek Yogurt Brownies that offer a healthier twist on the classic chocolate treat. Made with creamy Greek yogurt and studded with chocolate chips, these brownies are a delightful balance of fudgy and light.

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  3. Add dry ingredients: Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking soda. Gently fold until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Bake: Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

  • For fudgy brownies, underbake slightly and cool fully.
  • Try adding chopped walnuts for extra texture.
