Greek Veggie Pizza Squares are a delicious and colorful appetizer or light meal featuring Mediterranean-inspired toppings on a soft crust.

- 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup hummus (any flavor)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll crescent roll dough and press into a greased 9×13-inch baking sheet to form a crust. Press seams to seal.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- Spread hummus evenly over the cooled crust.
- Sprinkle feta cheese evenly over the hummus.
- Top with chopped cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and black olives.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.

- You can use any flavor of hummus to vary the taste.
- Use pre-chopped veggies to save time.
- For extra crunch, add chopped bell peppers or shredded carrots.
