Ingredients
Chicken Tenders:
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
Marinade:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Add chicken tenders, coat well, and marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat grill or grill pan. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked and charred.
- Rest and Serve: Let the grilled chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
