Description

These Greek-style grilled chicken tenders are marinated in a flavorful mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, and spices, then grilled to juicy perfection. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a weekend BBQ.

Ingredients

Chicken Tenders:

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders

Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Add chicken tenders, coat well, and marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  2. Grill the Chicken: Preheat grill or grill pan. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked and charred.
  3. Rest and Serve: Let the grilled chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with tzatziki, pita, or over a Greek salad.
  • Works well with chicken breasts or thighs.
  • Leftovers are great for wraps or meal prep bowls.
