Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the vegetables.
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
