- 1 cup peanut butter chips or chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix the Dough: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, fold in the peanut butter chips or chopped peanuts.

- Cool and Serve: Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
