Description

Indulge in a luxurious dining experience with this Gourmet Lobster Pasta in a Creamy Dream Sauce. This Italian-inspired dish combines tender lobster meat with a rich and velvety sauce, creating a decadent meal that is perfect for special occasions or a fancy dinner at home.

Ingredients

Pasta:

  • 12 ounces fettuccine or linguine pasta

Creamy Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups cooked lobster meat, chopped (claw, tail, or knuckle)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Extra Parmesan and lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a skillet, sauté garlic and shallot in butter. Add wine, cream, Parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until creamy.
  3. Add Lobster and Pasta: Stir in lobster meat, then add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat, adding pasta water if needed.
  4. Serve: Garnish with parsley, Parmesan, and lemon wedges. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly cooked or high-quality frozen lobster meat for best results.
  • Pair with a crisp white wine like Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio.
  • Avoid boiling lobster in the sauce to maintain tenderness.
