- 1 pound ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork)
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup gluten-free breadcrumbs or crushed gluten-free crackers
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
For Serving:

Instructions
- Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, egg, Parmesan, gluten-free breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix gently until just combined.

- Finish Cooking: For fully cooked meatballs, reduce heat and cover, cooking for another 5 minutes, or transfer them to a 375°F oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve: Serve the meatballs with warm marinara sauce, over gluten-free pasta, or as an appetizer.
Notes
- To bake instead of pan-fry, place meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 15–18 minutes.
- For dairy-free option, omit the Parmesan and use a sprinkle of nutritional yeast.
