Ingredients
Dough:
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour (with xanthan gum)
 - 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
 - ½ tsp salt
 - ½ cup warm milk (about 110°F)
 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 
Filling:
- ½ cup brown sugar
 - 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
 
Glaze:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
 - 1–2 tbsp milk
 - ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy. Mix with flour, salt, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Let rise.
 - Make the Filling: Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll out dough, brush with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
 - Shape and Bake: Cut dough, stack, and place in loaf pan. Let rise, then bake until golden.
 - Glaze and Serve: Whisk together glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm bread.
