Cookies:

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the glaze:
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add wet ingredients: Beat in the egg, vanilla, and mashed bananas until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix the batter: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
