Cake:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a 9-inch pan.
