Apple Filling:

- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Cream Mixture:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cold butter (cut into small cubes)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Apples: Toss sliced apples with lemon juice in a large bowl.
- Mix the Dry Ingredients: Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl.
- Coat the Apples: Sprinkle the dry mixture over apples and toss to coat.
