  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Cream Mixture:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cold butter (cut into small cubes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Apples: Toss sliced apples with lemon juice in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the Dry Ingredients: Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl.
