For the Pasta:

  • 8 ounces spaghetti or linguine

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Additional Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  4. Combine and Serve: Toss pasta and shrimp in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan.

Notes

  • You can use linguine, angel hair, or fettuccine for this dish.
  • Add spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor and color.
  • For a dairy-free version, skip the Parmesan or use a plant-based alternative.
