Description

These bite-sized cheeseburger bombs wrap juicy beef, melty cheddar, and a garlicky Parmesan butter glaze in soft biscuit dough. Perfect as a party appetizer or a fun weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (divided)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands or jumbo biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef. Add 1 clove minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 2–3 more minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Flatten each biscuit to about 5 inches wide. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a cube or pinch of cheddar in the center. Pinch dough around filling to seal and place seam-side down on the tray.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in remaining minced garlic. Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese.
  5. Brush the garlic-Parmesan butter over each bomb. Add optional parsley or sesame seeds on top.
  6. Bake for 13–16 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Try different cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for variety.
  • To freeze: assemble and freeze unbaked bombs; bake directly from frozen adding 5 extra minutes.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or spicy aioli.
