Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers. Juicy beef patties are stuffed with gooey cheese, wrapped in dough, and baked until golden brown. Each bite is bursting with flavor!

Ingredients

For the Beef Patties:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Cheese Filling:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Dough:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Beef Patties: In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and flatten into thin patties.
  3. Prepare the Cheese Filling: In another bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture onto each beef patty.
  4. Assemble the Bombs: Pull the edges of the beef patty up and around the cheese, pinching to seal and form a ball.
  5. Wrap in Dough: Flatten each biscuit dough piece and wrap around each cheese-stuffed beef ball, sealing the edges tightly.
  6. Bake: Place the bombs on the prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush the bombs with the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the cheese filling with your favorite cheeses and seasonings.
