Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)
 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced (divided)
 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 can Pillsbury Grands or jumbo biscuit dough (8 count)
 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter
 - 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
 - Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
 - Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef. Add 1 clove minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 2–3 more minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
 - Flatten each biscuit to about 5 inches wide. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a cube or pinch of cheddar in the center. Pinch dough around filling to seal and place seam-side down on the tray.
 - In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in remaining minced garlic. Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese.
 - Brush the garlic-Parmesan butter over each bomb. Add optional parsley or sesame seeds on top.
 - Bake for 13–16 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
- Try different cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for variety.
 - To freeze: assemble and freeze unbaked bombs; bake directly from frozen adding 5 extra minutes.
 - Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or spicy aioli.
