Description
Juicy, cheesy, and wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough, these bite-sized Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate crowd-pleasing snack or dinner—savory, handheld, and impossible to resist.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8–10 biscuits)
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion translucent; drain fat, then stir in Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Let mixture cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a ~4″ circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a cube of cheddar in the center, then pinch edges together to form a sealed ball. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush generously over each bomb. Sprinkle Parmesan over the tops.
- Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from oven, immediately sprinkle with chopped parsley, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
