Ingredients
Cauliflower:
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets
Mushrooms:
- 8 ounces cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
Seasonings:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried)
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Sauté Mushrooms: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add mushrooms, and cook until browned.
