Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir to create a marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the orzo: In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil and add the orzo. Cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes, until al dente.
