Description
Garlic Butter Steak Bites With Parmesan Cream Sauce deliver tender seared steak in a rich, garlicky Parmesan sauce—comforting, elegant, and perfect for any night.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced or thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Red pepper flakes (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Pat steak dry and season all sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites in batches, 2 minutes per side, until browned. Transfer to a plate.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the same skillet, then add garlic. Sauté 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Slowly add Parmesan, stirring until fully melted and sauce is smooth.
- Return steak bites and juices to skillet. Toss to coat in sauce. Cook 1 minute more.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
- Pairs well with mashed potatoes, noodles, or roasted vegetables.
- Use half-and-half or whole milk for a lighter sauce.
- Reheat gently over low heat to prevent sauce separation.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
