Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites With Parmesan Cream Sauce deliver tender seared steak in a rich, garlicky Parmesan sauce—comforting, elegant, and perfect for any night.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced or thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Pat steak dry and season all sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites in batches, 2 minutes per side, until browned. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the same skillet, then add garlic. Sauté 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Slowly add Parmesan, stirring until fully melted and sauce is smooth.
  5. Return steak bites and juices to skillet. Toss to coat in sauce. Cook 1 minute more.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

  • Pairs well with mashed potatoes, noodles, or roasted vegetables.
  • Use half-and-half or whole milk for a lighter sauce.
  • Reheat gently over low heat to prevent sauce separation.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
