Ingredients

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  • 12 ounces fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for pasta)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for pasta)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak Bites: Season the steak with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until browned. Set aside.
  2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter in the skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté, then return steak to coat in the sauce.
  3. Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente, then toss in a creamy sauce made by melting butter, garlic, heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  4. Serve: Plate the steak bites over the pasta and drizzle with extra garlic butter.

Notes

  • Marinate the steak for added flavor before cooking.
  • You can substitute fettuccine with penne or linguine.
