Ingredients
For the Steak Bites:
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
For the Potatoes:
- 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved or quartered
Other Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: In a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Cook potatoes cut-side down with seasonings until tender and golden, about 12–15 minutes. Set aside.
- Cook the Steak: Increase heat to medium-high with the remaining oil. Sear seasoned steak cubes until browned, then add butter and garlic. Toss in potatoes and cook briefly to combine. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
