Ingredients

Steak:

  • 1 pound flank or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Croissant Melt:

  • 4 large buttery croissants, sliced in half
  • 6 oz brie cheese, sliced with rind on
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup baby arugula or spinach


Instructions
