Ingredients
Flatbread:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the garlic butter:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Optional pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the flatbread dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt and olive oil, mix until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 2–3 minutes.
- Shape and cook the flatbreads: Divide dough into 6 pieces, roll each into a thin oval or circle. Cook in a skillet until golden.
- Make the garlic butter: Melt butter, add garlic, cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, stir in parsley. Brush over warm flatbreads.
