Description

Learn how to make delicious Garlic Butter Flatbread at home with this simple recipe! This flatbread is soft, flavorful, and pairs perfectly with a variety of dishes.

Ingredients

Flatbread:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the garlic butter:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Optional pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the flatbread dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt and olive oil, mix until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Shape and cook the flatbreads: Divide dough into 6 pieces, roll each into a thin oval or circle. Cook in a skillet until golden.
  3. Make the garlic butter: Melt butter, add garlic, cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, stir in parsley. Brush over warm flatbreads.

Notes

  • You can add grated parmesan or mozzarella for cheesy garlic flatbread.
  • Great with hummus, curries, soups, or as a quick pizza base.
