Ingredients
Chicken Bites:
- 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes until golden. Remove from pan.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Finish and Serve: Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
