Description

This Garlic Butter Chicken and Potatoes Skillet is a delicious one-pan dinner that is easy to make and perfect for a comforting meal. Tender chicken pieces and golden baby potatoes are coated in a flavorful garlic butter sauce, creating a satisfying dish that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

For the Chicken and Potatoes:

  • pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 pound baby potatoes (halved or quartered)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Potatoes: Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Add halved potatoes, season, and cook until golden.
  2. Cook the Chicken: In the same skillet, cook chicken pieces with seasonings until browned and cooked through.
  3. Combine: Add garlic, butter, and potatoes back to the skillet. Toss together and cook until heated through.
  4. Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
