Ingredients

- 1 ½ pounds sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

For the Mashed Potatoes:
- 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook Potatoes: Boil salted water and cook potatoes until tender.
- Prepare Beef: Season steak, sear in skillet, set aside.
