Ingredients
Bread Bowl:
- 1 round sourdough or boule-style bread loaf
Brie Filling:
- 1 wheel (8 ounces) Brie cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Heat the oven to 375°F.
- Prepare the Bread Bowl: Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center, leaving a 1-inch thick wall. Place the Brie inside the bread.
