Ingredients

Crispix Mix:

  • 1 box (12 oz) Crispix cereal

Syrup Mixture:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce

Furikake Seasoning:

  • 1 bottle (2.5 oz) furikake seasoning (seaweed and sesame blend)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare baking sheets: Preheat the oven to 250°F and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Crispix cereal: Place the Crispix cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare syrup mixture: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine melted butter, sugar, corn syrup, and soy sauce. Stir until smooth.
  4. Coat cereal: Pour the syrup mixture over the cereal and toss gently to coat evenly.
