Ingredients
Main Ingredients:
- 3 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- ½ teaspoon grated ginger
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the pineapple, mango, orange juice, lime juice, ginger, and honey (if using). Blend until completely smooth.
- Chill: Pour the mixture into a bowl or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until well chilled.
- Serve: Serve cold in bowls or glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
