Description

Cool off on a hot summer day with this refreshing Fruity Summer Cold Pineapple Soup. Made with fresh pineapple, mango, and a hint of ginger, this chilled soup is a delightful blend of tropical flavors. It’s perfect as a light and fruity appetizer or dessert.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 3 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the pineapple, mango, orange juice, lime juice, ginger, and honey (if using). Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Chill: Pour the mixture into a bowl or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until well chilled.
  3. Serve: Serve cold in bowls or glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

  • For a creamier version, add a splash of coconut milk or Greek yogurt before blending.
  • This soup also works well served in small cups as a refreshing starter or dessert.
